What We’re looking for

• Businesses that have existed for more than a decade and can show stable or growing cash flows over the previous 3 – 5 years

• Businesses with annual sales between $2 - $12 million.

• Gross profit margins greater than 15%

• EBITDA between $500,000 - $1.5 million

• Companies with good reputations and strong market positions in their industry

• Preferred geographic location: Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland
